My style is to fast for one meal and then follow up with small meals about every 4 to 5 hours and before I know it, I feel satisfied with said small amounts. Then I go ride my bike around the block at least three times a week. I have tried this many times and always lost at least 20 to 30 lbs. My problem then would be that if I get stressed from work, I tend to eat more.
