My style is to fast for one meal and then follow up with small meals about every 4 to 5 hours and before I know it, I feel satisfied with said small amounts. Then I go ride my bike around the block at least three times a week. I have tried this many times and always lost at least 20 to 30 lbs. My problem then would be that if I get stressed from work, I tend to eat more.

Bikes are forever… never have a change of heart for the sake of your heart. Cycling is one of the most complete exercises you may ever do. It takes a lot from you but it will give you a lot in return. A lot of years in your life being in the best physical shape you will ever be!

Except for a few local outcroppings, the area is flat as an ironing board and if you climb one of the local mountains, Camelback, Superstition Mountains (love that name!) or Phoenix Mountain for instance, you’re treated to a spectacular view hundreds of miles in every direction. Voted one of the top 10 safest cities by Risk and Insurance Magazine back in 2005 because of the unlikely event of natural disaster, the biggest concern for residents is the summer heat.
