Traveling Around Various Areas For Mountain Biking Tours All Over America

What are you going to do on vacation this year? Mountain biking can make for a wonderful vacation. You can really explore America by mountain biking. Tours of scenic routes are available through many companies. These tours often come with accommodations. Athletic couples will really appreciate these relaxing but active vacations.

From major mountain trails to lesser known trails with hills and rough terrain, mountain bikers will find great adventure in biking trails in each and every region in America.

The Pacific Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast states provide some of the best mountain biking areas. Try a trip to North Carolina and see what you find!

The American West Region is known for mountain biking trails, but you don't need to stop there! The Southwest area has many popular trails as well!

If you are going to be in the Southwest, be sure to check out the South Boundary Trail of New Mexico, the Flume Trail of Nevada, and the Piney Canyon Road in Arizona.

Every trail has earned its' reputation for being a tough ride. Over 20 miles in length, these trails will challenge both your mind and your body. Piney Canyon is over 50 miles long! But newer mountain bike enthusiasts and even beginners needn't worry - you don't have to complete the entire length.

Wondering where to start? If you can get to the Pacific Northwest, try three of my own favorites. I've had wonderful excursions at the Surveyor's Ridge in Oregon, the Methow Trail System in Washington, and the Mount Tamalpais in California.

Can you imagine a better way to explore the country at your own pace? Gather a group of people and set out together. If you ride at different paces, just decide on meeting places along the way. You can stop for a water break, enjoy the scenery, and take some pictures that you and your friends will cherish! Make this an annual trip and you'll really have something special!
